Not sure if you've seen this story, but it's interesting w/regard to 7's. When Jonathan Cahn was on the Jim Bakker show, he talked about a calf that had a perfect "7" on its forehead--was born I believe last September 20th. Then a couple who was watching the show just had a red heifer that was born with a 7 on its forehead--it was born September 25th, the first day of the Shemitah. Also, they illustrate how the first mention of the group of " 7" years was when Joseph dreamed of the 7 fat cows, followed by the 7 lean cows. 

Also, interesting to note that God uses the forehead multiple times throughout scripture--Cain had a mark put on his forehead after slaying Abel. The antichrist mark to buy and sell will be either the right hand or the forehead. And the 144k witnesses will also receive a mark on their foreheads.
