""Peter" of Rome -2000 BC"

At http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/feb2015/mikec21-2.htm , someone said there was a "Peter" / "Pator" / "Patre" / "Pater" of Rome way back in 2000 BC, and the term was used of a "god" and his priests.

"Pater" in Latin means "Father" and probably should not be interpretted here as the phonetic sound of a name.

Shalom,

Joe
