The first thing I asked myself is "Who" is Gog?
My Lord tells me that ALL knowledge is in His Word, so that is where I begin.
I choose to seek His explanation of " The Hook(s)" and the identity of Gog.
I desire his Word, over any imagination I' might have or that of any other.
I know His Word is right. I trust [it] and [that Word] endures for ever in All things.
WHO IS GOG?
The first mention of Gog is in 1 Chronicles 5:4 KJV
(All of chapter 5 of 1 Chronicles gives the names of these who transgressed against the God of their fathers and went a whoring after other gods of the people of the land,) who God destroyed before them under the leadership of Joshua.

Verse 1) begins the sons of (Reuben) first born of Israel (Jacob and Leah) for as much as he defiled his father's bed, [his birthright was given unto the sons of Joseph] the son of Israel (Jacob and Rachel) For Judah prevailed above his brethren, and of him came the ( Chief Ruler;) THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH ( Jesus Christ)  but the [birthright was Joseph's (:) ]
3) the sons, I say, of (Reuben) the first born of Israel were, HANOCH, and PALLU, HEZRON, and CARMI.
4) The sons of JOEL; SHEMAIAH his son, GOG his son, SHIMEI his son, BAAL his son, BEERAH his son, (whom Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria carried away captive:) HE WAS PRINCE OF THE REUBENITES.
GOG WAS A REUBENITE !

AFTER THE DEATH OF SARAH ROUND ABOUT THE YEAR 2088-2096 AM, ABRAHAM TOOK ANOTHER WIFE IN HIS OLD AGE.
 Keturah FROM THE LAND OF CANAAN.

Of these families were they scattered towards the North after Babel.


SHEM'S DESCENDANTS again using those of interest concerning latter days.
1. ELAM= IRAN today

3.ARPACHSHED= Abraham = Jacob = Reuben (Gog) =Judah (Christ)
 


I know according to His Word that ( there IS no New Thing, That which was IS that which shall be)
Ecclesiastes 1:9 KJV
Ecclesiastes chapter 8 : (7) brought forward:
For he knoweth  not That which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?
We know God has declared the End from the Beginning. Isaiah 46:8-13 KJV
So it is that I go back to the beginning.
