I believe this was very, very significant prophetically, as 12 prophetically means "governmental perfection"
or "perfection of the government"......the manner in which they scored 12 seconds into the game was extremely rare, as the communication between the quarterback, Peyton Manning, and his center, was compromised due to the loud crowd noise near the Bronco's end zone, causing the center to prematurely snap the football, which then went sailing over Manning's head, into their own end zone, leading to a 2 point safety scored for the Seahawks. Then, not quite as rare, but still a play not often accomplished, the Seahawks player ran the opening kickoff of the 2nd half (3rd quarter) all the way back for a kick-return Touchdown, also scoring at the 12 second mark on the clock.

Prophetically, I believe this was to indicate to believers around the world, that they, the NWO Gang, has completed the assembling of their one world government, and are all set to implement it very, very soon. Over the last several decades, they've orchestrated and intentionally engineered events and circumstances in the financial realms of key nations around the world, as well as placed many of their own minions, in control of the political/socio-economic and governmental realms, of these same countries. As such, they now only need a catastrophe, like so many times in history past, in order to introduce their "world saving" government and systems/policies, which will ultimately give them total control over the lives of the world's population.

One of the definitions of the word "perfection" ...is..."the highest degree of proficiency, skill, or excellence, as in some specific art"....in this case, the art of total control being taken over every aspect of people's lives. People's food sources, their financial means, their health care, their education, have systematically and premeditatedly, had multiple levels of governmental oversight and controls implemented and installed into them, in order that the elite few, at the time which they decide, will be given/take/decree, total discretion over every man, woman and child's self volition.

This two extremely rare, 12 seconds into the quarter scores in the Super Bowl, clearly indicate that, in their twisted and demonically inspired minds, their "governmental perfection" has been achieved,... just a matter of time before they decide to unveil it to the masses.
