Hello Doves,   Actually the VATT Lucifer telescope is in Arizona, not Utah.   http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/feb2013/frankm213.htm   What IS in Utah is a big govt facility being built which will process lots of snoop data -- monitoring emails, calls etc.    http://rt.com/news/utah-data-center-spy-789/   It is supposed to be finished sometime this year, but I don't know if they are on schedule or behind.  It is being built near Camp Williams, a military area (small, not like a big base; I think it's owned by the Army).  Of interest, some of the Hurricane Katrina displaced people were processes through there, back in 2005.     Ruby
