Your scenario is the same as that of Sal Smario on Daniel's Glasses, also a thoughtful guy.

I like the idea of the 40 days between the raising of the dead and the rapture, which gives a wonderful chance for many to turn to Christ.

I don't know if it's how it will be, but I pray it will be like that.  Many could accept Christ during those 40 days.  It is hard to envision what

this would be like "on the ground" in 3-D.  People raised, wandering about talking to other people?  All over the world or only in some places?

Somewhat secretly?  Openly?  If openly, this could this change the intent of those planning war, or planning an agreement?  It's hard to envision.

Sal Smario says he does not know if it would be only in Israel, as part of the promise to the Jews, or wider.

I have a bunch of my husband's relatives who could benefit from him giving them an earful about Jesus.  Praise God if that happens.

This would include my son, of course, his adopted one.  And his daughter who became a Jew.  And his daughter who married a Messianic Jew

but is still somewhat New Age.  And his two agnostic sons.  And all his other many relatives.  Big job coming up for the resurrected ones?

I hope so, with God's blessing.  The 40 day Army of God!  It would be the fulfillment of a dream!
