#579 New Moon Report - February 2013 - the Twelfth Biblical Month has begun!

Rosh Chodesh Sameach!!

The new moon was sighted in Israel by Yoel Halevi 5:26pm (Israel time) from kfar Eldad and by Deb Burnet from Jerusalem at 5:45pm (Israel time) This begins the twelfth Biblical month!

The Aviv search will be carried out in the Land of Israel by Nehemia Gordon and searchers on March 11th and 12th!! Will it be the 13th month or will it be the head of the year?!?!?!

You are invited to join in!! If you can not make it to Israel this year, you can still take part by making a contribution to the effort. It is very expensive to carry out the search in many different barley fields in the Land of Israel and unfortunately, every year costs go up. One of our biggest expenses is gasoline which now is approximately $9.39 a gallon in Israel!! We need your help!
