[James 2:24]The work Sam Hinn should have been doing, in relation to his marriage, is safe-guard the covenant of marriage he made with his wife.Instead, he chose to profane it."Why do we deal treacherously with one another by profaning the covenant...the Lord has been witness between you and the wife of your youth, with whom you dealt treacherously; Yet she is your companion and your wife by covenant." [Mal.2:10,14]The covenant of marriage is the highest medium through which a living faith in Christ Jesus is expressed.When Christians subscribe to a dead faith the covenant of marriage slowly and surely starts to fall apart.It's not long before both parties can't stand the sight of each other.They then start enjoying the company of the opposite sex more than the company of their spouses.This is because both parties believe that continuously doing good things to their spouses, has nothing to do with having a living faith in Christ Jesus.Hence, both parties stop expressing the loving-kindness of God to one another.Those with dead faith can think about the Word, talk about the Word, write about the Word, when what they should really be doing is living the Word!It's the reason why scandals are so rampant in many Churches today!It's also the reason why many Christians will be left behind when the raptures takes place, possibly in March 2013.Ola.
