In 1948 Israel returned as a free, independent nation for the first time since 721 BC (2669 years!). Israel's return began what the Bible calls the "End Times", or final generation (from the parable of the fig tree in the Bible) leading to the Second Coming of Christ (Israel's long rejected Messiah). We are now approaching 65 years into this final generation leading to the Second Coming. Coming soon is a "sudden destruction" event in the world associated with the Rapture (very likely the coming war between Israel and Iran), followed by the 7 year Tribulation Period which will culminate with the Second Coming. Right now the vast majority of the Jewish people are spiritually blind as to the identity of Israel's Messiah. This will change after the upcoming Rapture. During the Tribulation Period many Jewish people will come to know their Messiah, Who is Jesus.
P.S. The vast majority of churches will not deal with the scriptural topics associated with these End Times in which we live. This is very prophetic. We are told in scripture that the "coming of the Son of Man (Jesus) is JUST LIKE the days of Noah". In Noah's day VIRTUALLY NO ONE wanted to hear the message of the impending flood! Same thing today! Noah was a "God pleaser". He did not care what man thought, he simply lived to please God. Sadly today most pastors are "people pleasers", and will not tell their congregations the truth about the times we are living in. If these people pleasing pastors were living in Noah's time, they would rebuke Noah and ignore his message!
