"Walt no need to worry All Christians raptured"

Hi Walt
I saw your response to Gino and would like for you to please show me in the Bible where a "partial" rapture is spoken of. I do not see a difference in "being worthy" and be accounted worthy. We are as you say "accounted worthy" because our faith in Jesus Christ. That is the only way we can be counted as worthy. It sounds to me like you are doing all you can in the flesh so that Jesus will count you worthy for the rapture. Paul talks about that in Galatians.
Galatians 2:2-4
2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

These people are made perfect by the Spirit of God dwelling in them. There flesh will have to be changed at the rapture as it has no good in it at all. Once someone believes in Jesus death burial and resurrection he is sealed with the Holy Spirit. SEALED! They were trying (as a lot are doing today) to be as you would say "counted worthy" by the flesh.

We have two natures once we become saved. God has "circumcised" those two natures and set them apart. We have our old nature which can do no good. We have our new nature which is the Holy Spirit living inside our bodies. At the time of our death the "perfect" part of us goes to heaven to be with the Lord. At the time of the rapture the ones who have died will be re-united with their earthly bodies but it will be changed to a "perfect" immortal body. If a Christian is alive at the time of the rapture his old earthly body will be "changed" to a new immortal body.

So no matter what we may think, the Bible teaches very clearly that the Holy Spirit seals each and every believer as a "down payment" that he will be "caught up" in the rapture. If he is still alive at the timing of this event his old and mortal body will have to be changed because as we know NO sin can enter heaven. The only way we get changed is to have the Holy Spirit dwelling in us as the down payment. Our old nature will never be worthy but thank God once we believe we are sealed with that perfect Holy Spirit so we will participate in the "changing of our old nature" or as we call it the rapture.

The rapture is the time when we all including the dead in Christ will get a new sinless body to go along with the perfect Spirit we have. So please do not worry about be counted as worthy because if you believe in the death burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ you will be counted worthy because of Jesus not because of anything you may do.

Ephesians 1:13-14
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Verse 14 in the GWT translation reads
14 This Holy Spirit is the guarantee that we will receive our inheritance. We have this guarantee until we are set free to belong to him. God receives praise and glory for this.

Thanks
