Hi GinoThere is one rapture of the Body of Christ. All who have put their trust in the death burial and resurrection will be taken up. No matter what sins their corrupt body committed or is still committing makes no difference. Here are a couple of things I am believing will be forgiven and it goes from one end to the other on the different believes.1-The person who thinks he must "be good enough" or once he has believed in the Gospel he then thinks he must help Jesus. This happened in Galatian and is happening in todays churches. Some people came into the Galatian church and was trying to put the Christian under the law. Does this sound familiar today? Paul referred to these Galatians as "brethren". He had harsh things to say abouot the ones teaching the false doctrine. But this sin of "pride" or thinking you could follow the law to remain a Christian will be covered under the blood. In Paul's epistles he was ALWAYS talking to SAVED people. He never threatened their loss of salvation.2-The other extreme case is the church at Corinth. They were a "carnal" church living by their old corrupt nature. I am not going to quote any of the verses. All a person need do is read it and they will see that this group of Christians were immature and could only be fed milk. They were arguing and bickering and even commiting adultrey. Yet please read 1 Corinthians chapter 15. Paul tells these corrupt people they will be included in the rapture of the Body of Christ.I will post these verses. But please look at what he tells them.1 Corinthians 15:50-50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.1-flesh and blood CANNOT inherit the Kingdom of God2-corruption cannot inherit incorruption3-we shall ALL be changed not just a part of the people. ALL be changed.Paul is telling this corrupt church that they will ALL be changed in the twinkling of an eye at the time of the rapture. No matter how good we may think we are our old sinful body is not going to make it. Thanks to the blood of Jesus our "perfect" Spirit will be attached to a new "perfect body" and we shall meet the Lord in the air. ALL BORN AGAIN BELIEVERS no matter how good or how bad will be changed. What is the purpose of this change? Paul says it is because our old nature flesh can never get "good enough" to enter heaven. I do not see anywhere where anyone will bypass the changing of his body for a new one. All Christians will have to have a new body.thanksMike W
