"A Correction on my "Unforgivable Sin" Comment"

Dear Doves,

In a previous post, I had indicated that the only “Unforgivable Sin” was the sin of rejecting Jesus as our savior and for the atonement for our sins.

This is not a correct statement as someone could reject Jesus and then later come to their senses and accept Him, thereby correcting this sin permanently.  In other words, the original sin of rejecting Jesus was completely forgiven by later accepting Him (i.e., the rejection is forgivable).

What I should have said was:

The only “Unforgivable Sin” is the sin of NEVER ACCEPTING Jesus as our savior and for the atonement for our sins.

If one dies in this condition, this buys you a one-way ticket to Hell.  NEVER a desirable vacation destination!!   But it gets even worse.  The only change in venue will be a downgrade to the Lake of Fire.  Oh, may no one be damned to this fate (sadly, the Bible confirms MANY will).
