Marc and Doves, I have a somewhat similar story about Rod Parsley's "ministry". Several years ago I received an e-mail, saying that Rod Parsley was going to be having a special prayer service on such-and-such a date and invited me to send in a prayer request, which I did. Imagine my surprise when I received an e-mail from his so called "prayer team", saying that prayer requests can only be submitted by those who donate to his ministry!  Now that's a racket if ever there was one.  The Lord certainly opened my eyes that day!
