Since "other entities" are present in our environment and have technology far beyond ours, could they have used something like a "laser sword" to have caused a seemingly stroke-like incident to the human victim of their choosing? Apparently humans have the technology to make something of this nature.

Okay, I hope this explains my thinking process about this situation. I don't want to weary you with it, but merely wanted to show how my mind was connecting the dots. I really wouldn't put anything past them, amen? I rest my case now. Time will tell why they have kept this poor man on ice all these years.
(Actually, it looks like at the time of his stroke they were taking him to court over bribes from wealthy Americans, so the term "poor" is relative.)
