             I’ve never heard anyone ever say, “Ask for Angels to go into their dreams with them, to protect them”, before.

I do pray for people’s protection, however, sometimes I also include in the prayer, how I think that the LORD should do it.

I used to pray for that the LORD to send angels to guard around people’s homes.

However, I think that I was kind of tying the LORD’s hands that way.

By making the sending of the angels as an actual part of the prayer request, I was basically asking, “LORD, do this, and do it this particular way”.

Therefore any other way that the LORD would have chosen to protect them, was no longer my prayer request.

That may seem like overkill, but I had thought that it was similar to micromanaging, on my part.

Well, that it what I think that I was doing.

I’m not saying that you are wrong to pray for angel protection, I’m only trying to let you know the thoughts that I have had.

My thoughts could be as wrong as anyone else’s.
