The
near-Earth Fly-by of asteroid 2012 DA14 co-occurred with a
bus-sized meteor entering Earth’s atmosphere over the
Russian Ural mountain city of Chelyabinsk, producing
blinding flashes and numerous sonic booms — blowing out
