Omigosh ......... no sooner had I sent off the post regarding the next pope and my take that the 112th pope may not actually be sworn in as pope, I picked up this link from RITA Now.

If genuine, this could be the reason why Ratzinger resigned. It could also be the reason why the 112th head of the vatican may not assume the formal title of 'Pope'. Too risky in the face of prosecution for crimes against children / humanity.
