The last time I posted on Five Doves was back in April of 2008. Many of us at that time were once again focusing our attention and placing our hopes on that years Feast of First Fruits as the time of the Rapture. But it turned out to be just one more in a long line of springtime, Rapture-Ready dates that seemed so very likely, yet just came and went. Seems like just yesterday doesn't it?  Sometime in-between the First-Fruits of 2008 (which fell during the last week of April) and June 9th - Pentecost, we all watched as the World Population Clock surpassed a very significant total of 6,666,666,666... 

Some other amazing prophetic events happened by the end of that year as well. The most significant of them was the stock market drop of 777.68 points on 9/29/08, which was the largest single day loss in history. And of course the election of Barack Hussein Obama on 11/4/08.   

With all of the clear signs we have been given of late (or gifts, as Randy calls them-and I concur), and with the birth pains growing ever more intense & closer together, they are mightily revealing to all those who are watching, the lateness of the hour in which we are living. For the Bride of Christ, the Ekklesia, for all the Watchers-on-the-wall, our spirits are crying out and attest to, in one accord, the timeliness and gravity of such things that are now being revealed, as Jesus assured us they would be. It has everything to do with the nature of birth pains and are to be seen and discerned by the "last generation" that Jesus spoke of that would see the fulfillment of all things before the rapture. We will continue to watch and be sober, occupying until He comes. We are in this world - but we are not OF this world - NOTW - we are commanded to hate the things of this world. Anybody out there still lovin' on the things of this world??  NO??  Good, I didn't think so. There is nothing here that satisfies. For us, we long to hear that trumpet blast and SHOUT from the heavens above, as we hear His call to, "Come Up Hither". 

"For You, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober." (1Thes 5:4-6)  And all the more as we see that day approaching!

So now we have another sign! Though it is not as awe inspiring & dramatic as a meteor blazing across the sky and causing sonic booms as it crashed to the earth, and with NO fatalities. Same as another more powerful meteor that hit 100 years ago in that very same country, the Soviet Union, with only one death reported from a heart attack. Or the asteroid traveling closer to earth than ever before and on the very same day as the meteor hit. Or of a pope suddenly stepping down for the first time in over 600 years, with not one, but two lightning-bolts striking St. Peter's Basilica, which only confirms the absolute prophetic significance of such an end-time changing event. With Peter the Roman primed and ready to make his appearance onto the world stage and the revealing of the anti-christ soon to follow. Then there was Obama getting a second term when most of us thought even Mickey Mouse could have run against him and won. Well, God knew what he was doing and he put a moron, whoops, I mean a mormon in there to run against him. The first mormon, and the richest person to ever run for the presidency. I would much rather have voted for good ol Mickey Mouse, trust me, we would all be better off, America could have been the happiest place on earth. But I digress. So, compared to those things, this most recent sign was simply, and quietly,  the crossing of the "7-billion mark" on the World Population Clock. The total number of people who are alive on this planet right now. Very timely and significant event.

THE NUMBER 7 - GOD'S DIVINE NUMBER

The number 7 is God's very own number, and is associated with Divine completion and perfection.  It becomes apparent to most who read the Scriptures that the number 7 is the most significant number in all of the Scriptures. Therefore, it stands to reason there must be some extremely important patterns that are associated with the number 7. 

The entire Bible is based upon the things that God Almighty has said to His servants, the prophets. They wrote these things down exactly as they had received them. That is why the Bible is such a perfect book. It comes from a perfect God. A common phrase that is found in the Old Testament, "Thus saith the Lord of Hosts", is a phrase that reveals to us that God has indeed given us the very words that have come directly from His mouth. This phrase is found exactly 70 (7 x 10) times in the King James Bible.

The phrase, "his servants the prophets", is found 7 times in the Bible (see 2 Kings 17:23; 21:10; 24:2; Jeremiah. 25:4; Dan. 9:10; Amos 3:7; and Rev. 10:7). Notice that in Amos and Revelation the Lord chose to place it in the 7th verse so that we would know that it has a special meaning. In each case we find that the prophets are the recipients of the Word of God. 

We reached that divine number Seven, (with nine zeros after it, 7,000,000,000) on Monday, 2/18/2013. Seven days after the popes announcement.  A very significant sign as we head into the Spring Feasts of 2013. Obama is scheduled to arrive in Israel for the very first time next month, right as the selection process for the last pope, the false prophet, will be in full swing. Once chosen, will he be the one to... "Exercise all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and cause the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. Performing great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. Deceiving those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast." (Rev 13:12-13)

We won't be here very much longer to watch it all transpire, but the stage is being set.
