You noted twice, that this timing indicates an evening time in the United States at the Rapture. This conclusion is confirmed by Luke 17:34 :

"I tell you that in that night there shall be two men in one bed and one shall be taken and the other shall be left...."

Luke, a GENTILE, indicates a NIGHT rapture whereas Matthew, a JEW, with a message primarily for another part of the world and Israel, leaves out these words.  See Mt 24:27. This confirms your timing, Day in Israel, Night in the Americas.
