"Reply to Jim Bramlett:-----"

Thankyou for all your postings, and of particular reference, currently that of, “Rabbi Cahn ----- The Harbinger,” on Feb. 8th.

Rabbi Cahn presented his case with succinct logic and Spirit-filled excitement. We are indeed living in very prophetic times.

Even the fact that Jonathan Cahn is both Rabbi and Pastor is, in itself, prophetic, even before he reveals his jaw-dropping message.

For years, in Church and home groups, Christ’s First Coming was the message that was presented. Of course, that is extremely important, but it’s still not the complete picture of Jesus. Then in 1974, a Spirit-led Christian told me about Jesus’ Second Coming. I then changed from Amillennialism to Pre-millennialism, and studied Second-Coming prophecies as well as First-Coming prophecies.

In John 16:13, Jesus told us that, “the Spirit of truth......will tell you what is yet to come.” And in John 16:15, our Lord Yeshua added, “All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you.” (NIV.)

So, whether it’s first or second-coming knowledge, it is the same Holy Spirit who enlightens us with revelation from the Heavenly Father and the Risen Son.

In the First Coming, Christ came as the Suffering Servant (Jesus on the Cross), whereas in the Second Coming, Christ will come as Victorious King (Jesus on the White Horse).

Back in 1988, that year seemed like a good year for the Return, but now we have more revelation and much more prophetic pressure for the Return to occur.

As Jesus said, “When these things begin to happen, look up and hold your heads high, because the time when God will free you is near!” (Luke 21:28 NCV.) And our Lord also instructed, “So always be ready, because you don’t know when the owner of the house will come back. It might be in the evening, or at midnight, or in the morning while it is still dark, or when the sun rises. Always be ready. Otherwise he might come back suddenly and find you sleeping. I tell you this, and I say this to everyone: ‘Be ready!” (Mark 13:35-37 NCV.)

The longer you wait for something, the more joy you receive when it finally arrives. When Jesus does come back for me (because of His love and faithfulness), I will drop my tools in a second, and I will keep my eyes on my Lord and Saviour, and I won’t look back until I’m fully safe in Heaven, and Jesus tells me it’s now safe to look back.

I refer now to Matt. 14:27-31, and especially to v30b, when Peter was sinking and he cried out, “Lord, save me!” And Luke 17:32, when Jesus said, “Remember Lot’s wife!”

Will we follow the events of the Tribulation from the vantage point of Heaven? Something like a heavenly version of the big screen? Or will we only see Earth again when we follow our Lord and Leader at his Second Coming? (The part referred to in Rev. 19:11-16).

Jim, I know you are a mature Christian, so most of what I have written would be well-known to you, but I enjoyed writing it, and I hope others will receive a blessing too.

God bless you, and God bless all who read these words, from Andrew B.
