chilling
documentary.
In response to
such chilling news,
some people advise to stockpile food and drink. Other people
advise to
stockpile guns and ammunition. But the Bible says, in Rev.
19:20, that only Yeshua,
the Mighty Warrior King, will take down the beast and the
false prophet.
And that same
person, our Lord
Jesus, also said in Matt. 26:52, “Put your sword back into
its place; for
all who take the sword will perish by the sword.” RSV. And
in Matt. 6:31&34,
Jesus taught, “Don’t worry and say, ‘What will we eat?’
or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ So don’t
worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will have its own
worries. Each day has enough
trouble of its own.” NCV.
When confronted
with evil, Jesus,
(in Matt.26:53), directed us to something far more powerful,
and that is to
make an “appeal
to my Father” in prayer, and then the Father will
send his holy
angels to protect us.
In the Garden of
Gethsemane, Jesus
didn’t fight back because his time had come, and also so
that the
Scriptures would be fulfilled, (Matt. 26:54). After all,
Jesus did teach us to
pray, “your
kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in
heaven”. (Matt.
6:10 NIV.)
In the end, the
powerful beast and
the persuasive false prophet will be like two splattered
bugs on the windscreen
of a mighty train.
