Dear Doves
I saw a lot of discussions going on about who will be raptured and who not. This question obviously divides the body of Christ due to very different points of view.
Some say the LOVE of God is SO GREAT that once you are saved you will also automatically be raptured, no matter if you you still please to sin or not. They use their position to point out Gods great love and our inability to live a life without sin. In essence, from their point of view, it does not really matter if you are on fire for Jesus or not, because HIS love is sufficient anyways. The main thing is to get saved once and that's it.
Others say God is SO HOLY that we must be holy too. The blood of Jesus is the only thing that atones our sin and makes us holy, but we must actively use it and repent daily over our sins. Our love towards Jesus also must lead us step by step to the point where we get rid of our sins and desires of the flesh, otherwise something is wrong in our relationship with Christ. In essence, from their point of view, faith without repentance (and good works) is dead, and although they don't deny salvation in the spirit as a free gift from God, the rapture remains a special gift reserved for those who truly love Jesus and bear fruit accordingly.
Who is right and who is wrong? I decided to answer this question in a most simple yet hopefully eye opening little physical fun experiment based on the very words of Jesus himself:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BuB8TaW138
