It is true that one who is our father remains our father and being born into a family one cannot be "unborn" as you say, but one could be disinherited  You've seen that happen before haven't you?.  Remember the billionaire lady who left all of her money to her cat while her son went completely without?  There must have been a reason that she felt he was undeserving.  I assure you, disobedient children get discipline and Yes, some of them will lose rewards.  But the scripture is very clear that there are those who will say did we not perform many miracles and in your name cast out devils?  I will tell them, depart from me for I never knew you!  Tell me who casts out devils?  Is it the lost?  Who performs miracles? Surely, it is the wicked.  NO.  I tell you these are people who operate in the promises of the scriptures and they are deemed unfit for the kingdom.  Then we must ask ourselves, why? Scriptures tell us what to do and not to do. 

 

I promise you my intentions are motivated by love.  Your concern is that a believer can't live a life in peace thinking he could lose his salvation.  That is irrelevant.  Peace comes from doing that which the father commands..that's it  If one makes his bed in hell, the Lord is still there. He will be your father, your God, and your Saviour, whether you make it to heaven or not!   Make your election sure.  Our souls are worth too much!
