I think it should be noted, prior to 1948, bible students wrestled with the meaning of Israel as outlined in biblical texts.  There was no Israel.  there had been no israel since 70 AD, so the racked their spiritual brains trying to discern what is Israel.  Their conclusion:  Replacement Theology.  The church is Israel.
 
Then 1948 rolls around and Israel becomes Israel.  Many realize that their conclusion of the church being Israel was incorrect, while others remain stubborn and refuse to accept the obvious.  Therefore, Replacement Theology continues.
 
Please stop pretending that you know who/what Mystery Babylon is.  When the time is right, whether that be before or after the rapture, God will reveal Mystery Babylon just as He did Israel.  Until then, truly you're only guessing.
