Michael Colunga stated in his post (21 Feb 2012):  "Clearly, Israel is God's elect."  and then he stated: "Please do not preach error !"

 

If you think that Israel is God's ONLY elect; then you are sorely mistaken:

 

Romans 11:7

"Israel has not obtained what it seeks; but THE ELECT HAVE OBTAINED IT, and the rest were blinded."    Who do you think "the elect" are in this scripture?

 

Titus 1:1

"I, Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to THE FAITH OF GOD'S ELECT and the acknowledgement of th truth which accords with godliness."   Remember, Paul was the apostle to the Gentiles.

 

Colossians 3:11-13

"Where there is neither Gentile nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scthian, slave or free, but Christ is all and in all. Therefore, AS THE ELECT OF GOD, ...........if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you so must also do."

 

DO NOT let anyone ever tell you that "the elect" are ONLY THE JEWS because that would mean that these Scriptures are a LIE, WHICH THEY ARE NOT !!!!!

 

According to your Word, come Lord Jesus!
