I don't think it applies to all of them, though I'm not sure. But one tiktok user simply copied the text including the redacted part and then pasted it to a notepad and voila, no redaction. I don't think it's impossible that it was done purposely by the government to show that what was concealed contains nothing relevant. Who knows at this point.
