This looks a lot like Maui to me. Normally the fire spreads from one place to another burning everything in its path. These homes are burning while surrounded by green trees. It's almost as if some Direct Energy Weapon DEW started it. We know these things seem to be happening in the future "smart cities" they are trying to implement.
