Re:  The verse quoted in the video:

I Cor. 10:20 "But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils."

 

This may come as a surprise to most, but the devils and fallen angels are two different things.  Nelson Walters is making a common mistake made by so many ministers today by calling devils "fallen angels."  They throw that term around without giving it any deep thought because if they did, they would find that the Bible states the angels that sinned (1/3rd fallen angels) were cast into Hell where they are being kept until Judgment Day which is at the very end of time, far off into the future. 

 

This signifies, therefore, that it is devils - not fallen angels - that Nelson should be referring to as the 1/3rd fallen angels are in Hell and won't get out until Judgment Day.  This confirms they are not around today to cause trouble and aren't the ones in 3i/Atlas either, though it could be aliens possessed by other supernatural forces under Satan's command (i.e., devils).  Satan has many hierarchies under him.  The remaining 2/3rds of the angels are good and are in Heaven with God:
