I studied through your post and noticed much confusion regarding the Creation of the Body of Christ vs Born Again Israel.
Scofield was born before the Civil War and many, but not all, of his insights are correct. Before fully immersing yourself in a theological system defined heavily by the Roman Catholic Church please take a look at these links which explain in detail where Scofield was right on and where he was off center:
