The video is lights descending into the ocean. Pretty bizarre that we've recently been told that aliens live in the ocean and caused those 80 foot waves. Of course they aren't descending to land where it's verifiable and it's always in the distance. I must have been asleep because I'm on the coast and didn't see anything.
