Donna and Mike:   Read Psalm 22 particularly notice verse 31 KJV - They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.   
When Yeshua scolded Nicodemus for not knowing or understanding this rebirth doctrine He was speaking to this verse in the context of this Messianic Psalm.
