As Lucifer is the god and deceiver of the whole world, he puts his demons in places where they can do the most damage. An inordinate number of grade school teachers, bus drivers, Cub scout leaders, youth coaches, social workers, daycare providers, etc commit a large percentage of crimes against children.
Jesus said if you harm one of these who believes in me, it would be better for you if a millstone or hung around your neck in the middle of the sea. So Satan who has been kicked out of heaven does his best to hit God's nerve by hurting children.
