"The Rapture, Winter Soltice & The Southern Cross"

Dear John & Fellow Watchers,

Besides the Stephen Stills comment that the CSN song "The Southern Cross" is "about using the power of the universe to heal your wounds,” the following also seems relevant:

Doing a deeper dive into the possibility of a Christmas Rapture I wanted to find the roots of both the Christian (Catholic??) and Non-Christian sources.

As it turns out the whole thing hangs on the Winter Solstice (December 21) when the sun comes to a standstill at the bottom of the Southern Cross Constellation alligning with the four fixed stars. After three days (and nights) the sun begins to ascend on December 25 toward its zenith at Summer Solstice.

This sounds more like death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus in symbolic form than it does His birth. But couldn't it also symbolize our death, burial and resurrection as the Body of Christ?
