Hello John and Doves,
Many of us have wondered about the massive
intelligence failure of October 7. How could this
Hamas attack - planned for a year or more go 'unnoticed' by
Israeli Intelligence? Did Netanyahu know anything
before hand? It appears there are traitors high up in
the IDF and Israeli Intelligence Directorate - I write
'traitors' because I don't believe this is incompetence or
arrogance or stupidity. I think 'these people' have a
bone to pick with Netanyahu and his government.
(And...are they puppets of Biden/Blinken?)
Caroline Glick believes there needs to be a major
investigation - how it happened, how Israel was so
unprepared. She gave a very good update in below
video. And there's an article later in this letter
by Caroline Glick published at jns.org that covers in more
detail some things that she talked about in the
video.
run time 38:24
My notes:
Caroline Glick reported on an order given by Major
General Finkelman - he's in charge of the Southern Command
that includes Gaza. Finkelman, in order "not to hurt
the Palestinians' feelings", he ordered IDF forces in Gaza
to walk around and paint over the graffiti IDF soldiers had
put on Gaza building walls - things like "We're coming
home", the star of David, and other Zionist writings.
Caroline believes both of these generals 'have to go"
- General Yaron Finkelman and Aharon Haliva - the head of
Intelligence Director. These are the two most
responsible for Israel not preventing the October 7
invasion. The government consensus is that no
one will be held responsible for this massive
failure. The security fence was breached in
6 places and over 20 communities and bases simultaneously
were attacked by Hamas terrorists and Gazan Palestinians.
One major concern is the amount of time it took for
IDF forces to respond to this infiltration by Hamas and get
to the communities - in some cases, this took over 20
hours. The 'rumors' are the IDF was there at the gates
but were not being allowed in by the higher ups.
According to what has now come out: Most of the
actual fighting was done by the volunteers - civil guard in
the kibbutz, reservists and off duty soldiers. This
was not an organized military operation. When the IDF
actually arrived it was too late for over a thousand
people. Hours and hours too late. Who was
responsible for this operational failure?
Finkelman. He received warnings via phone calls at
0400 that morning. He did not alert the Gaza IDF - as
a result these soldiers were killed in their bases in their
beds. The soldiers who were suppose to be defending
these communities were dead.
The biggest thing Finkelman has done since October 7
is order the IDF to remove the graffiti they put up in Gaza.
"We don't want to hurt the feelings of the people in
Gaza." Finkelman cares more for progressive feelings
than the people that were butchered, raped, etc.
Finkelman 'needs to be shown the door."
Major General Aharon Haliva is the
second general that needs to go. He is the Israeli
intelligence chief.
Since October 7, Israel has learned how
massive this intelligence failure was. This failure
wasn't due to the gathering of intelligence - it was due
to the failing to follow up on this intelligence!.
A group of female IDF soldiers saw
Hamas activity around the fence and had warned that Hamas
was preparing for an attack on Israel - but this was
dismissed - these soldiers were told to "shut up".
A ham radio operator, Rafael Hayun
(who worked with the IDF) reported on Hamas'
communications - he had saved many IDF soldier lives with
his intelligence gathering on his equipment - in late 2019
he discovered that Hamas was beginning to plan and
practice for this invasion that took place in October - he
was providing detailed briefings to his colleagues in the
IDF about what he was hearing. In May, 2023
someone high up in the Israeli intelligence ordered his
IDF colleagues to take away all of his equipment and stop
working with him.
An NCO in tactical intelligence, in
the Signals Intelligence Unit 8200, with 20 years of
experience, discovered Hamas' entire plan with the
motorcycles, the paragliders, the jeeps, the hostage
taking, the murders - she had this info and even the Hamas
manual - she gave multiple warnings - all of her
warnings went unheeded by upper management. Another
NCO with 30 years believed all of this and met with Major
General Haliva and all of this information was
dismissed.
The intelligence officer of the Gaza
division had this information in May 2023 - he put out a
slide presentation called the "Walls of Jericho" - he
showed in detail precisely what Hamas was going to do
(like the attacks on the security fence). All of
this came out in May 2023.
Haliva dismissed all of these people
and their intelligence. Piles of information, Hamas
internal documents, pictures, etc was reported on several
news stations in Israel. Shocking that all of this
was 'dismissed'.
Haliva needs to leave. How did he
justify this?
These general need to be replaced by
'war' generals - this is a fight for Israel's survival.
To the anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian
protesters: We don't care about your feelings.
Caroline reported seeing pro-Palestinian protesters in the
U.S. blocking the lighting of Christmas tree ceremonies -
like Rockefeller Center and one in Seattle. They
don't want Christians celebrating Christmas. The
same type of thing happened in London on Remembrance Day
of fallen British soldiers in two world wars. This
isn't pro-Palestine. This is anti-West.
'This side that is attacking Israel
also wants to come after you.' All part of larger
quest of Islamic world domination under the flag of
Jihad. From 'the river to the sea' for Israel is
from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. In
London, it's the Thames and Atlantic Ocean. They
seek the annihilation of free independent nations and
societies that organized around a principle that is not
jihad. Israel has to win - just like everyone else
needs to do - this is the message of October 7 - the
Islamics are all saying the same thing "we are coming for
you", "we are coming for your children", "we're coming for
your freedoms", "we're coming for your women", "we're
coming for your future". We have to stop painting
over our graffiti - we are all one front in this
war. If Israel doesn't live. They are already
among the peoples of the West.

This article
adds to what Caroline talked about in her video.
By Caroline
Glick
Some are
questioning the governments stand on "this is not the time for
action, not recrimination and trials for failed generals,
security chiefs and politicians. Good of bad, you go to
war with the army and leaders you have. People have jobs
to do, and our job is to let them do theirs. While
reasonable on its face, there is a problem with delaying a
reckoning. At least in some cases, it seems
clear that the people whose failures enabled the Hamas
attack are not capable of bringing us victory."
"Case in
point: Israel Defense Forces Intelligence Directorate
Chief Maj. Gen. Aharon Haliva. In the weeks since Oct 7,
more and more information has come out about why Hamas was
able to pull it off. All of the information points to
Haliva and his close subordinates."
There is more in
this article about the IDF women who were Field Observers
along the Gaza border - their unit "suffered the greatest
losses" during the Hamas assault. "..two surviving
members of the unit and a number of former members starting
coming forward to tell their story. In interview with
Channel 11, two women related that in the months before the
invasion, they were warning it was in the works. The
women saw Hamas terrorists training to take over kibbutzim and
IDF bases. They watched terrorists practicing taking
hostages and blowing up tanks. They saw terror
commanders watching the drills. They saw spies probing
the fence for weaknesses. They saw it all and reported
it all."
"Rather than
giving them medals, unnamed top-level officers in the
intelligence corps ordered them to stop. When they
continued reporting, the observers were warned that they would
be disciplined and removed from the unit if they kept raising
their concerns."
This article
also includes the story of Rafael Hayun who was monitoring
open intelligence networks - he worked with the IDF - he
alerted the IDF units he was working with about Hamas training
exercises - "penetrating the security fence at multiple
points, taking over communities, committing mass murders and
kidnapping." Five months before Oct 7 the IDF was
ordered to seize his equipment and stop working with
him. He believes that if he had his equipment in the
weeks before Oct 7, he could have prevented this attack.
More detail is
given than what Caroline told us - for example, the
intelligence officer that made the "Walls of Jericho"
presentation in May, followed up with a report in August
- "the intelligence officer even explained that Hamas intended
to carry out its plan either on Shabbat or on a holiday when
only a small cadre of soldiers would be on duty. His
work was dismissed as unrealistic and out of line with Hamas's
true intentions by senior intelligence officers at Tel Aviv
headquarters."
Turns out that
senior security leadership - IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.
Gen Herzi Halevy, Shin Bet Director Ronen Bar, Southern
Command Commander Maj. Gen. Yaron Finkelman and Haliva's
assistant, discussed "warnings of increased Hamas movement
near the border fence" at 4 AM on Oct 7. They
didn't inform the Gaza division commander nor did they
inform Prime Minister Nentanyahu or the Defense Minister
Gallant. "Instead, they agreed to speak again
at 8 a.m. Hamas invaded at 6:30."
Haliva has a
history of "ignoring everything the professionals told him and
not sharing that information with his superiors."
The plot
thickens - there is more to this Haliva story. Remember
the Left's attack on Netanyahu and his government? "That
insurgency was led by Haliva's family. His ex-wife is
married to Ilan Shiloah, a senior advertising
executive." This ex-wife and her husband "stood behind
much of the political unrest that Israel has experienced since
last year. Haliva's daughter spoke at anti-government
protests. His son's twitter feed is filled with
anti-Natanyahu invective." And "Haliva reportedly did
not share the mountain of information his professional
intelligence corps gathered on Hamas's plans. But he
reportedly repeatedly warned Natanyahu that his government's
legal reforms were emboldening Israel's enemies and increasing
the likelihood of war."
When Netanyahu
addressed the nation after the Hamas attack - explaining that
this was Israel's "second war of independence". "In
other words, Israel has no choice but to win. Netanyahu
defined victory as rescuing the hostages, destroying Hamas as
a military and political entity and preventing it or any other
terror group from rising in Gaza ever again."
"Three days
later, in his first public remarks since Oct 7, Haliva
rejected Natanyahu's description of the war as an existential
conflict. Speaking to graduates of the Intelligence
Corps officer training course, Haliva insisted, "It's a war we
have no choice but to fight. It isn't an existential
war." An existential war is a war fighting for your
country's very existence."
The article
states, "An intelligence chief who publicly rejects the
government's characterization of a war, whose poor
professional judgment let to catastrophe and who has a history
of contemptuous insubordination simply cannot be trusted to
act in accordance with the government's directives."
"Oct 7 was not
prevented because many people in positions of responsibility
failed the people of Israel." "In most cases, it is
probably reasonable to wait until after the war to part ways
with them."
"Haliva however,
needs to go. Now."
My thought on
this is - how many others new what Haliva was doing? I
really doubt all of this comes down to mainly one man.
There are many enemies of the Jewish state, of Bibi's
government, and there may even be some who want a two-state
solution high up in the IDF, the Israeli Intelligence, the
Israeli government. I do not see Haliva acting alone on
'dismissing' this intelligence. I see this as purposeful
- not incompetence.
I don't know who
is responsible for putting him in this position as Director -
but they'll need to be ferreted out also. Netanyahu can
read these articles and watch the Israeli News too. This
hasn't escaped him.
The Jerusalem Post is reporting that
the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate Chief Aharon
Haliva is out. At some point, he is to resign.
Haliva said, "Already that morning (Oct 7) I understood
that it was over...After the war is over I will have to
go."
One down
(hopefully soon) and how many more to go? And Finkelman
sounds like some of the highers ups in our military - more
concerned about correct pronouns than fighting and winning a
war.
And I see that
according to Haliva, it's his directorate that will
investigate this - "we will investigate, in the deepest and
most comprehensive way, and draw the conclusions."
Uh, oh.
He'll cover up any 'outside' influence for sure. Will
the truth come out - or will this be like Bush's "9/11
Commission" for the American people? - so much was
redacted/blacked out there was really nothing to read - all we
knew was what the MSM and White House told us.
How deep are
Biden/Blinken involved with Haliva? - they want Bibi gone -
they want his government gone. They want to destroy
Israel. US Intelligence had to see something was
up...but they work for Biden et al.
Israel has their
traitors too.
Pray for the
peace of Jerusalem!
Maranatha!
