I do not think that the rider on the white horse is the anti-Christ because the anti-Christ is not present on earth until Satan calls him forth after the resurrection & rapture of the Church in seal six. 

I think that the rider on the white horse is promoting a false peace treaty among the middle-east countries with Israel which includes dividing the land of Israel against the wishes of God. Does this sound like anyone you know of ?  He has a crown of authority given to him, etc. etc. 

"WHEN they say, 'Peace and safety' ( the white horse of a false peace ), THEN sudden destruction ( the red horse of the Gog-magog War ) comes upon them ( Israel ) , and they shall not escape."
