Just for a bit of follow up on the
Bankman-Fried/FTX disaster:
"A federal indictment was unsealed
Tuesday alleging widespread fraud by FTX co-founder Sam
Bankman-Fried...the indictment in U.S. District Court in
Manhattan charges Bankman-Fried with eight criminal
counts: conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities
fraud, individual charges of securities fraud and wire
fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to avoid campaign
finance regulations. Prosecutors allege in the
indictment that the former billionaire was engaging in
criminal activity that began as far back as 2019 and
continued through last month. Bankman-Fried
deliberately and knowingly "agreed with others to defraud
customers of FTX.com by misappropriating those customers'
deposits and using those deposits to pay expenses and debts
of Alameda Research, the indictment alleges."
"Prosecutors also allege he
conspired with others to make illegal donations to political
candidates, using the names of other persons to mask and
augment political giving."
"Bankman-Fried's arrest took the
public and lawmakers by surprise. The accelerated
timeline suggests prosecutors have a high level of
confidence in security a conviction, a legal exert told
CNBC."

This arrest certainly DID NOT take the public
by surprise! This fraud/money steal was HUGE!
But not surprised that his arrest took lawmakers by
surprise - that would infer they thought these prosecutors
were in their pocket. I would bet that top Democrat
politicians and the DNC were very much aware of what was
going on. And McConnell and McCarthy took donations
too from Bankman-Fried.

- she's the one that blew him a kiss at a previous
meeting. "I am surprised to hear that Sam
Bankman-Fried was arrested in the Bahamas at the direction
of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of
New York.." as her House Committee on Financial Services
had a few questions for him.

To the corrupt Democrats and RINOs,
Bankman-Fried is a hero or he was.... He was their
second biggest donor after George Soros.
And Bankman-Fried said he
may have been the second or third biggest GOP donor for
2022! (this is being refuted) He said these
donations were "dark" so no one would know. We
know McConnell and McCarthy took money from
Bankman-Fried. Money went to the McConnel's Senate
Leadership Fund.

Now Bankman-Fried has been hit with a
class-action lawsuit by investors....and numerous others,
even celebrities, are named in the lawsuit as
"controlling, promoting, assisting in, actively
participating in the offering "and sale of unregistered
securities in the form of yield-bearing accounts to
residents in the United States."
The illegal donations to campaigns amount to
tens of millions of dollars.
Wonder if any political
campaign will have to give the stolen money back?
Over $40 million went into the 2022
elections. But what about all the elections in 2020,
2021? And what about all the 'dark' money to the
Republicans?
Personally, I think the DNC was in on this
FTX scam from the get go. And Bankman-Fried was
their front man.
Now as to whether Bankman-Fried will actually
be fined, sent to prison is another matter. Depends
on if he gets a Democrat judge/jury/etc. And if they
make their own rules. And if the prosecutors can stay out
of 'somebodies' pocket...and if the prosecutors can dig
deep enough to catch all the players involved. And
if the prosecutors will even touch the Ukraine part of
this. And it looks like the same Commission that is
charging Bankman-Fried with crimes was directly affected
by his lobbying. This really is HUGE.
And was there money laundering going on with
FTX or Bankman-Fried involving the government of Ukraine?
"Samuel Bankman-Fried, the founder of failed
cryptocurrency exchange FTX, allegedly laundered billions
of dollars through Ukraine by setting up his company as
the central clearinghouse fro all crypto donations to
Kiev's war effort, according to the Gateway Pundit.
Democratic politicians sending aid to Ukraine would see
their money come back in the form of donations through
FTX, the outlet claimed. FTX launched crypto
donation platform Aid for Ukraine in March, setting itself
up as the central clearing house for all cyrptocurrency
donations to Kiev's war effort....Whatever funds the
exchange had under management have presumably evaporated
with the rest of its assets due to an alleged hack last
week, and the exchange filed for bankruptcy on
Friday. The resulting chaos has sent crypto markets
spiraling. In addition to bankrolling political
campaigns, Bankman-Fried spent millions lobbying to shape
cryptocurrency regulations. Democrats
responsible for overseeing the Commodity Futures Trading
Commission were particular targets for his largesse, and
he is now under investigation by that same agency
for moving $10 billion in client's assets off FTX to his
hedge fund Alameda Research."

How much of the money Biden has sent to
Ukraine has came back into Democrat/RINO politicians
pockets?
The roots of this go deep into the rot of
what involves huge sums of money.
And then after the trial and any convictions,
Biden could give him a pardon or they could just Epstein
him once he's in prison and tie up all the loose
ends. Or anything in between.
This is definitely a case to watch.
It's being called "The biggest scandal in the
world." (Personally, I'd put it after Covid and the
vaxx.)
