I may have asked this before, but I don't remember anyone answering it, so, I'll put slightly differently.

Are the beast and the false prophet the only two in the lake of fire during the thousand year kingdom?

Then the devil gets cast in there after the thousand years?

Then the lost and death and hell are cast in there?

Are the fallen creatures that had been confined to the bottomless pit cast into the lake of fire at that time, too?

Are the angels that sinned in Genesis 6, finally cast into the lake of fire at that time, also?

Then are those who took the mark of the beast, kept in hell, also, until after the 1,000 years, and then cast into the lake of fire?

Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Revelation 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

  2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

  3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Revelation 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

  10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

So, are the very first into the lake of fire the beast and false prophet?

Will those two be the only ones in the lake of fire until the devil is cast in there?

And then only after that, everyone else that is damned, both celestial beings and man, will also be finally cast in to the lake of fire?
