"The Last Day"

                                 THE LAST DAY!
"Martha said unto Him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection
at the last day," John 11:24.
Strong's Concordance and Thayer's Greek Lexicon, number 2078:
The word translated as ":last day" in this Scripture is the Greek word,
eschatos."
This word literally means, "farthest; final; end of; last; latter
end; lowest; uttermost."  This definition set forth in both of these reference
books on the Greek language makes it quite clear that it is speaking of thee
very last; the last of the last; the exact end.   Now if any reader wants to
argue the point, go argue with God.  This text is a statement made in His
inspired Word.
Notice that the Lord did not correct Martha's belief about the time of the resurrection in any manner, so her statement must stand as the inspired
truth of God's Word.
Martha said that the resurrection would occur "at the last day/"  Now
we are told about the reality of the resurrection in both the Old and New
Testaments. But I have never previously found anywhere in God's Word
where the exact  day it will occur has been set forth, other thqn in this
Scripture text; John 11:24.
Now we know Martha did not have in mind the last day of human history, for anyone who seriously studies Bible prophecy, knows that
many pr0phetic events are to occur AFTER the resurrection; the seven year tribulation, the Second Coming; Armageddon; the Millennial
Kingdom, and on and on.  So what "last day" did Martha have in mind in
John 11:24?
The Lord Jesus explicitly stated in Luke 17:26-27, and other passages,
that world events leading up to His coming to resurrect and rapture His
people would be just like it was in "the days of Noah."  So.....
Preceding the flood in the days of Noah the Lord God gave a 120 year
warning to mankind on the earth, and then a seven day warning to Noah,
Genesis 6:3 and 7:4.
There was a similar 120 year warning given to mankind living
today, when God began moving world events in preparation for the
regathering of His covenanted Jewiah people.  The year was 1901, making
this present  year the 120th year.  Three times in the Scriptures it is plainly stated that Noah entered the Ark on the exact day the 120 years ended,
So why shouldn't we believers be raptured to meet our Ark of safety; the Lord Jesus Christ, at the exact end of this present 120th year?  We will be!
Yes, we have all seen a lot of "possibilities" proposed for the time of
the rapture.  One brother this year began with Passover,, then moved to
Pentecost, then Trumpets, then Atonement, then Tabernacles, and now it
is Hannakuh.  Not a one of these Jewish Holy Days has been correet for the resurrection and rapture.  Tell me, where is it written in God's Word
that the resurrection has to take place on a JEWISH Holy Day?  Where?
Our Lord is not coming to take a Jewish bride to Himself.  He iscoming
to take His GENTILE CHURCH as His bride.  Readers need to stop trying
to make everything related to thee Lord's GENTILE church, fit into a JEWISH pattern.  Clear enou=gh?
Yes the Lord is coming on aday that is almost holy to all of the Gentile
people on the earth.  I am talking about New Years Day, January 1st.  Every nation in the world using our Gentile calendar celebrates New
Years Day.  At 12 midnight people, all over the world shoot off guns,
set off fireworks, blow or honk horns, drive through the streets hollering
"Happy New Year."  Some ccuples get married on that day.  It is a world
wide celebration in nearly all of the Gentile nation on ther earth..
But it is also THE END of the 120 years, the church age, and the dispensation of grace.  Hello!   The resurreection and rapture will occur exactly as this year ends at midnight on December 31st, and January 1st begins.  who says it will take place on this "last day" of this 120th year.  Martha said so in John 11:24.   Glory to God!
Is the reader truly saved?  Do you have the assurance of salvation
in Christ?/  If not, don't waste a minute more,  Go to the Lord in earnest
and sincere prayer, and ask the Lord to come into your heart and
soul, and become your Savior and Lord.  Read Ephesian 2:8-10 and
Romans 10:8-13.
