A documentary happened to come on TV about Saturn, yesterday. I was very surprised to find out that one of Saturn's moons (Mimas) is widely known as The Death Star. It looks exactly like the Death Star from the Star Wars franchise. According to the documentary, Mimas remains a real puzzle. It has a peculiar shape and orbit. Leading some of the science boffins to jokingly ask if Mimas is actually a space ship and not really a moon.
It has been rather interesting to learn about this moon. The name "Mimas" comes from Greek mythology. Mimas was one of the giants!
The 3rd link holds an article from the Smithsonian. This article agrees with the documentary I watched. "A mysterious force is acting on Saturn's 'Death Star' moon". It all adds to the focus we are giving the soon conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn.
