""we", "ye", "them", "thou, "him""

Is it true that only the LORD uses plural pronouns of himself?
like "we" in:

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Yet, is it also true that absolutely no one else, in the scriptures, refers to the LORD as "ye" or "them",
but always as "thou", when speaking to the LORD,
or "him", when speaking about the LORD?
