Another brilliant article from Breaking Israel News. It is informative and very educational. I, for one, don't remember any history lesson that went in-depth re the Ottoman Empire. Our history lessons were focused on WW1 and WW2...... and the history prior to that focused on the royal houses of Europe, Napoleon.... basically Euro-centric history. We touched briefly on the America's (Christopher Columbus - the Pilgrims etc).

This is the danger now. "For those who don't know their history, are doomed to repeat it" Apologies for the loose quotation.
