Dear Doves:
I enjoyed to read wonderful posts about Hanukkah last week, and 7 additional thoughts came up.
1) Since Hanukkah is an added feast to 7 feasts, it could be for Gentile.
There is amazing connection between Hanukkah and Purim which is another added feast.
Purim is the feast commemorating the victory of Esther who is a type of Bride.
When the 8.8 Concepcion earthquake occurred on 2/27/10, it was Purim.
Amazingly the 6th day of Hanukkah is a new moon of Tevet which was the month when Esther was chosen as the Queen.
2) "Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple
of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are" (1 Corinthians 3:16-17)
"Destroy" in this verse could mean to be left behind in the Tribulation.
Therefore, Hanukkah could be a point of separation between those who sanctified their temples and those who didn't.
3) For the first time since the Temple era, special olive oil to be used for temple was produced just before Hanukkah in 2014.
And there was a historical menorah lighting ritual with newly produced oil on the first day of Hanukkah 3 years ago.
Oil is an important element for Hanukkah, and it fits to the parable of ten virgins.
4) Menorah of Hanukkah is called "Hanukkiyah" has 9 branches, 9 represents 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit.
5) According to Zola Levitte's teaching, 8 feasts(7 feasts plus Hanukkah) exactly match with the major stages of human gestation.
And Hanukkah which is the 8th feast represents Birth.
6) General Allenby freed Jerusalem as he entered the holy city on 12/11 in 1917 which was Hanukkah, and 100 means Elect.
Could it be a clue that the Bride(Elect) enters New Jerusalem this Hanukkah?
7) Hanukkah last year was very special because the first day of Hanukkah was Christmas Eve.
Christmas(12/25) was when wise men arrived at Bethlehem to worship the King.
Esther was prepared for 12 months to be chosen as the Queen.
Could this Hanukkah be the time that wise virgins meet and worship the King?
Maranatha!
