I CAN CLEARLY SEE THREE RAPTURES
The first took place when Jesus took the Old Testament saints to
Heaven on Firstfruits in 30 AD. It looks like the other two will
happen on Pentecost and Tabernacles, because the Israelites were
to GO UP TO JERUSALEM those three times in the year.
Exo 23:14-17 says, "Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me
in the year. 15 Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened
bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I
commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in
it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me
empty:) 16 And the FEAST OF HARVEST (i.e., Pentecost), the
firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field:
and THE FEAST OF INGATHERING (i.e., Tabernacles) which is in the
end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of
the field. 17 Three times in the year all thy males shall
appear before the Lord GOD."
Exo 34:22 says, "And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of
the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering
at the year's end."
Deu 16:13 says, "Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles
seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy
wine".
THE FIRST RAPTURE TOOK PLACE ON FIRSTFRUITS IN 30 AD
In 30 AD, Jesus took the Old Testament saints to heaven on
Resurrection Day, the Feast of Firstfruits, omer one.
Joh_20:17 says, "Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am
not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say
unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my
God, and your God."
Eph_4:8 says, "When he ascended up on high, he led captivity
captive, and gave gifts unto men."
The dry measure called an omer is one tenth of an ephah, which
represents the church in Zec 5:9-11. Therefore, there is a good
reason why the omer is counted between Firstfruits and
Pentecost.
Lev 23:15-17 says, "And ye shall count unto you from the morrow
after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf (Heb.
omer) of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye
number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto
the LORD. 17 YE SHALL BRING OUT OF YOUR HABITATIONS two
wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour;
they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto
the LORD."
Jas_1:18 says, "Of his own will begat he us with the word of
truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his
creatures."
THE SECOND RAPTURE, THE DAY OF CHRIST, TAKES PLACE MID-TRIB,
BECAUSE MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL COMES MID-TRIB
1Th 4:16,17 says, "For the Lord himself shall descend from
heaven with a shout, with THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL, and with
the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
Rev 12:6-12 says, "And the woman (i.e., Israel) fled into the
wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they
should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days
(i.e., during the Great Tribulation). 7 And there was war
in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and
the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not;
neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And
the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the
Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast
out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now (arti,
just now, this day, i.e., Mid-Trib) is come salvation (soteria,
rescue, deliverance, i.e., the First-Trump Rapture), and
strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his
Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which
accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame
him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore REJOICE, YE HEAVENS, AND YE THAT DWELL IN
THEM. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the
devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he
knoweth that he hath but a short time (i.e., the shortened Great
Tribulation)."
Dan 12:1 says, "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the
great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and
there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there
was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people
shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the
book."
Rev 13:5-11 says, "And there was given unto him (i.e.,
Antichrist) a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and
power was given unto him to continue forty and two months (i.e.,
during the first half of the Tribulation) 6 And he opened
his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and
his tabernacle, and THEM THAT DWELL IN HEAVEN (i.e., the
wise-virgin saints). 7 And it was given unto him to make
war with the saints (i.e., the foolish-virgins left behind), and
to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and
tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth
shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of
life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9
If any man have an ear, let him hear. 10 He that leadeth
into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the
sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and
the faith of the saints. 11 And I beheld another beast
(i.e., the Satan-possessed False Prophet) coming up out of the
earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a
dragon."
Rev 11:1-3 says, "And there was given me a reed like unto a rod:
and the angel stood, saying, RISE (i.e., in the Mid-Trib
Rapture), and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them
that worship therein. 2 But the court which is without the
temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the
Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty
and two months. 3 And I will give power unto my two
witnesses (i.e., Moses and Elijah), and they shall prophesy a
thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."
Mal 4:5,6 says, "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the
children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I
come and smite the earth with a curse."
THE THIRD RAPTURE SEEMS TO BE ON THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF
THE LORD AT THE END OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION
1Co 15:51-54 says, "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not
all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in
the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump (i.e., probably on
Tabernacles): for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be
raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this
corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put
on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put
on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death
is swallowed up in victory."
Rev 11:12,13 says, "And they (i.e., Moses and Elijah) heard a
great voice from heaven saying unto them, COME UP HITHER. And
they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld
them. 13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake,
and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were
slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted,
and gave glory to the God of heaven."
Job 5:19 says, "He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in
seven there shall no evil touch thee."
Joe_1:15 says, "Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at
hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come."
Mar 13:24-27 says, "But in those days, after that tribulation,
the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her
light, 25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the
powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. 26 And then shall
they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power
and glory. 27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall
gather together his elect from the four winds, from the
uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven."
Rev 6:17 says, "For the great day of his wrath is come; and who
shall be able to stand?"
Rev 7:9 says, "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude,
which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and
people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the
Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands".
Deu 31:10-12 says, "Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of
every seven years, IN THE SOLEMNITY OF THE YEAR OF RELEASE, IN
THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES, 11 When all Israel is come to
appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall
choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their
hearing. 12 GATHER THE PEOPLE together, men, and women,
and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that
they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the LORD your
God, and observe to do all the words of this law".
CONCLUSION
The three raptures seem to be on the feast of Unleavened Bread,
Pentecost, and Tabernacles.
Deu_16:16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear
before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in
the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in
the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the
LORD empty".

=========================================
COULD THERE BE THREE RAPTURES?
First off, I want to tell you that the Holy Spirit led me to
these conclusions, over a period of these past couple of
weeks. I have prayed and diligently searched the Bible,
but mainly in was a matter of coming up with the right
questions, that opened the door to the answers.
For as many years as I have been studying the Bible, there was
one question that I never felt I had a complete answer to.
Plus, there are so many opinions, well
Biblically supported, that I have changed my mind many times on
this issue. I firmly believed that the Rapture would be
Pre-Wrath while in Bible College, but then when I studied
further I came to believe that it was definitely
Pre-tribulation. Yet, the way things are going in the
world, brought me back to the Pre-wrath position. The only
position that did not seem to fit at all was Post-tribulation.
Reading the letters here on Five Doves started me looking at the
whole thing again. Especially due to all the posts about who
would be going in the Rapture and who would not. And then
an amazing thing occurred a few days ago…the Lord told me that
all three positions are correct. That kind of blew me
away, but, all of a sudden puzzle pieces just started falling
into place. I am not writing this to convince anyone else
to believe me, but to have peace and understanding in my own
heart as to what the TRUTH is.
Please bear with me, as I show how this is the best answer to my
years of questions, and one that I am totally comfortable
with. It just makes so much sense!!!
I am simplifying this best that I can, but please do your own
research and find out for yourself.
Everyone is right, and everyone will go, but it is just a matter
of which one a person will go in. THIS IS NOT ABOUT
SALVATION, THIS IS ABOUT SANCTIFICATION!!!
Every born again Christian will make it into the Kingdom of
Heaven; it is just a matter of when!!!
THERE ARE THREE RAPTURES, AND THEY MATCH UP WITH THE THREE
HARVESTS, AND WITH THREE FEASTS DAYS.
Before we get into that, I want to talk about how there are
actually 7 raptures in the Bible, and the last three have to do
with the end of days.
The first four raptures in the Bible
The first was Enoch, and this can be found in Genesis 5:24; “And
Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.”
The second is Elijah, and that can be found in 2 Kings
2:11; “And it came to pass, as they still went on, and
talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and
horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up
by a whirlwind into heaven.”
The third is Jesus Christ and that can be found in Act 1:9-11;
“And when he (Yeshua, Jesus) had spoken these things, while they
beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their
sight. And while they looked toward heaven as he went up,
behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said,
Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same
Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in
like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”
The fourth is the Old Testament Saints, that ascend with Jesus,
and that can be found in Matt 27:52-53; “And the graves were
opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And
came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the
holy city, and appeared unto many.”
THE 3 RAPTURES IN THE BOOK OF REVELATIONS
The fifth is what we would consider the first at the end of
days. This would be the Barley harvest.
THE FIRST FRUITS OF THE BARLEY HARVEST AND THIS IS
PRE-TRIBULATION!!
This fifth, (first) rapture is what the apostle Paul calls a
mystery in 1 Cor. 15: 51-54; “Behold, I show you a
mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be
changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last
trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall
be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this
corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put
on immortality.”
All those who have died in the faith, while watching and praying
and are MATURE CHRISTIANS, and all those alive who are WATCHING
AND PRAYING, and are MATURE CHRISTIANS!!! This is the
BRIDE OF CHRIST, and they are described in Rev.7:9-17;
“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man
could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and
tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed
with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a
loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the
throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood
round about the throne, and [about] the elders and the four
beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and
worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and
wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, [be]
unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders
answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in
white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir,
thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came
out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made
them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day
and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall
dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any
more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed
them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and
God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
The Bride of Christ will rule with Him in HEAVEN.
They sing a song of Worship of the LAMB.
THIS HARVEST MATCHES WITH THE FEAST OF PENTECOST.
#######
The sixth rapture, which would be considered the second in the
Book of Revelation, is found in Rev.11:12.
“And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come
up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their
enemies beheld them.”
THIS IS THE FIRST FRUITS OF THE WHEAT HARVEST AND IS
MID-TRIBULATION.
This rapture happens between the sixth and seventh trumpets and
the gathering of the TWO WITNESSES, THAT ARE CALLED TO “COME UP
HITHER” and the 144,000 sealed in Rev.7. In Rev.
14:1-5 we see they are in heaven, where they sing the song of
MOSES AND THE SONG OF THE LAMB. Also see Rev.11:15-19 and
THIS HARVEST MATCHES WITH THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS.
########
The seventh, which is the third and final rapture, is found in
Rev. 12:5; “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule
all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto
God, and to his throne.”
THIS IS THE GRAPE HARVEST AND IS PRE-WRATH
These are all the Jewish believers that have come to the Lord
after being witnessed to by the 144,000 that are already in
heaven. The 144,000 are the man-child that is taken to
heaven before these new believers are. We see that they
are now in heaven in Rev. 15:2
“And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them
that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image,
and over his mark, [and] over the number of his name, stand on
the sea of glass, having the harps of God.”
THEY SING THE SONG OF MOSES, THE SERVANT OF GOD AND THE SONG OF
THE LAMB.
THIS HARVEST MATCHES WITH THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES.
#######
I know this all may seems strange, but the number 3 has been in
my head for months, and it was not until recently that the Lord
put it on my heart to search out this possibility. The
above post is not extensive and I will study more throughout the
Bible in the coming weeks. I could sure use the help of
some of you gifted Bible scholars on Five Doves to either help
prove it, or blow me out of the water. To me it makes
sense and it clearly shows how so many of us could be wondering
about who goes and who does not, when in actually Christ wants
each and everyone one of His lost sheep, and will go to great
lengths to save them all!!!
At the very least, it may get some new and interesting
discussions going.
May the Lord bless and keep you all!!
