The coming Daniel 9:27 covenant (which in part will encompass a FALSE peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians) will begin the 7 year Tribulation Period, and will be made by the antichrist, who will appear in Europe right after the Rapture.  The European Union is the immediate precursor to the "Revived Roman Empire" which will be in place during the Tribulation Period.  In light of this, of course the European Parliament supports Palestinian statehood!  The antichrist will be arriving soon in Europe right after the Rapture, and he will bring FALSE peace to the Middle East.  A Palestinian State in trade for Israel to have the right to build the Third Temple!  The Third Temple will be constructed during the first half of the 7 year Tribulation Period.  Right now Israel is very eager to build the Third Temple, but they must have a security agreement first, and that will be the Daniel 9:27 covenant.

The European Parliament adopted a resolution on Wednesday supporting Palestinian statehood in principle, in a compromise motion that did not follow some European national legislatures in backing immediate recognition of a Palestinian state.

Following a deal among the main parties, the motion carried by 498 votes to 88 stated: "(The European Parliament) supports in principle recognition of Palestinian statehood and the two-state solution, and believes these should go hand in hand with the development of peace talks, which should be advanced."

Lawmakers on the left had originally wanted to urge the EU's 28 member states to recognise Palestine now without conditions....
