1 Thes.chapter 5 says that if we are children of light (and not darkness) we will know the times and seasons of the Lord's return.  Matt. 25:13 says that we won't know the day nor hour, not even Jesus nor his angels, not until they are given the word to "go"
 
Lots of us here have had dream which point to the Christmas season or dates in it.   So perhaps it will be during this season, but no particular dates during this season which the dreams seem to point towards.  Yes, we need to be ready, but God I assume wants some surprise so that those who follow Satan (and Satan himself) will be offguard.    Imagine if God had said years ago, I will come on such and such date.   Evil would've destroyed anything which could make that day a success for the Lord.
 
Well, it's just some thoughts.
 
If you superimpose a clock (day/night) on the seasons,
Dawn/6am = Spring equinox
 
Noon = Summer solstice
 
6pm/evening = Fall equinox
 
Midnight = Winter solstice
 
Does not Christ come at midnight or just after?
