Frank, Texe Marrs has implied that all Catholics are going to hell.  I read that from Texe years ago, and since then I don't read him.

The quotes from Billy Graham, via Texe Marrs, sound pretty bad.  But Texe also says bad things!

Yesterday I wrote a lengthy piece about reasons for supporting Billy Graham over Texe Marrs.  But one can go around and around in discussing these things, and the bottom line may be that neither can be completely trusted.  It is hard to find a completely believable person.  As Peter said of Jesus, "Lord, from whom else can we received the words of life?" meaning that only Jesus is truly the Word of God.

This is one reason we long for Heaven, so that we can be in the presence of our completely trustworthy One.  How we long for being with Him who has the Words of Life!
