Before picking up where I left off, I would tell you that the Bar Code UPC-a is very much part of the Beast "666" system.  If you bear with me I will explain how it is very much part of the larger system.  I have been a student of technology as long as I have been a pastor.  I originally worked as a computer programmer after being discharged from the US Army.  I worked with all the IBM main frame systems of the 1960's, writing programs for United Air LInes, US Steel, Xerox, and a few other Fortune 500 companies.
 
 What does 666 have in common with 999?  They are the same, one is just the opposite of the other upside down.  There are at least 32 different versions of the Barcode system, and every one has the '666' integrated into the system.  It just so happens only the UPC-a Barcode found on groceries, magazines, books, paper towels, soaps, has the distinct and "visible" '666' guard bars.  George Lauer (inventor of the UPC-a Barcode) told the world that it was an accident, coincidence, but had nothing to do with Revelations 13:16-18.  He said it "resembles" and "appears" like the '666'.  Ask yourself what does a counterfeit $100 bill "resemble"?  Answer - a real $100 bill.  What is the "angel of light" best known for being?  He cannot create the real thing, but we know that in his ascent to be the "most high" he has to either recruit, or deceive others to become part of his system by simply counterfeiting something that is passed off as the genuine.
 
Now to "666/999" - The store scanners are designed to read a UPC-a Barcode "right side up or up side down".  The guard bars are merely stop/start indicators to the scanner which is capable of reading the Barcode from any direction, [bidirectional].  The earliest scanners had to have items handled by a cashier in such a way that a mis-read could not occur.  Mis-reads were a frequent problem when the Barcodes were implemented in 1974.  The various manufacturers of the scanners switched to a created  system of split optics and an intricate algorithm to eliminate mis-read errors.  The improvement demanded less of the cashier in the check-out process.
 
There is a "666/999" system "matrix" that the government can locate you anytime they want.  It is made up of three elements:
 
            1. Your zip+4 street address
            2. Your checking account routing numbers
            3. Your social security number
 
What do these three have to do with control?  They are all "9" digits long.  Everyone has all three of these.  No one receives social security checks in the mail these days; all are direct-deposit now.
 
The original UPC-a Barcode was only the beginning, as technology made quantum leaps in advancement.   Everyone of the 32+different Barcodes in use has the start/stop indictors in their design, except for one thing, you can't decode them without the scanner technology.  As the level of sophistication has increased, each code now contains a lot more data, such as the 2-dimension codes that look like square boxes inside a box.  Same way exists with the US post office "Planet" system, which looks like a graph chart on your mail.
 
Key to all of this is the start/stop guard bars.  The design by George Lauer differs only slightly from the number "6" and the guard bars that "resemble" or "appear like" the number "6".
 
Keep in mind the Bible says a great deal about deception, a key theme that Christ Jesus repeated in his final days with the disciples.  When the Secret Service gives training seminars to bank tellers about "counterfeit" currency, they stress the point about how handling the "genuine" will enable you to spot the "counterfeit" quickly.  Genuine bills are made out of a "linen" thread combination paper.  The counterfeit bills do not have the feel of the real because of the absence of the "linen" content in the currency paper.  I note all of this to make my point about Lucifer's handiwork is all about the "COUNTERFEIT!"  It may "resemble" or "appear like" the real thing even though it is not genuine.
Those words "resemble" and "appear like" were the precise words George Lauer used years ago to remark about people suggesting that the "Mark" was in the UPC Barcode.
 
Now to further show the significance of the UPC-a Barcode and "666" I will share my experience with the US post office.  For thirteen years I published a magazine devoted to the topic of the railroad industry.  I published 117 issues until August of 1985.  In 1984 I was called into the postmaster's office where I mailed my publication.  The postmaster gave me a packet and addressed the subject of the UPC-a Barcode.  I was told that I had a year to convert my magazine cover over to the UPC-a Barcode system.  My question to the postmaster was, "What if I did not want to comply and have the UPC-a Barcode printed on the lower right corner?"  I will never forget his reply.  "You will not be able to use the US postal mail to distribute your (my) magazine."  Sounds like I could not buy or sell to me.
 
You can guess what came to mind that day!  I have served small churches most of my years in ministry.  I have been a pastor since 1965, and the first twenty-five years all were small churches, some on circuits of as many as two or three churches.  As I left the postmaster's office that day I was thinking we were close to the days of Revelation 13:16-18.  Anyway, I continued to publish up until the last month before having to meet the requirement deadline of getting the UPC-a Barcode added.  On principle I ceased publishing rather than to submit.  I will not go into how costly it was for me other than to say I was about to lose an income base of seven figures.  So for all intent and purpose I lost my income base because I refused to take the "Mark".
 
Now to the most important current information that is the reason for a follow-up Part 2 of Dragnet 666.
 
Do you have a cell phone or a computer?  If I were a gambling man, I bet you have both.  Nothing spectacular you will say.  Right you are.  Except for something that most of you know absolutely nothing about or are oblivious to what is happening.
 
Have you noted the IRS no longer sends you in the mail the annual income tax forms and tax preparation book?  I think it is three years now since the IRS, in its efforts to save money, stopped mailing out tax return preparation books.  They encourage E-filing by computer.
 
The government's Office of Management and Budget" passed several Acts requiring the many, many different agencies of the government to begin a move to "paperless" government.  This process has been going on without much fan-fair by the public.  The government is going "EGov".  What this means is that anyone having to do business with the government [federal, and state, county, city, etc.] will be moving to all "electronic".  This massive move from paper to electronic has been evolving over the past decade and they are at the point that the government will declare "EGov" will save the public billions.  Really!  I remember when a person laid off from a job went to the State Unemployment office to file for benefits.  For years it has been all electronic and people file by computer.
 
When this is announced, very soon, anyone wanting to have contact with the many different agencies such as Social Security, Veterans, Small Business, Dept. of Education, Health & Human Services will have to have an electronic "Smart ID" for identity purposes.  The government has adopted a system of contact with the government "EGov." through the use of your computer, or cell phone.  They have adopted the protocols and platform of the Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, etc. as your source of verification of your identity.
 
In the future the public will have a "Smart ID" [in the form of a ring, wristband, or smartcard with a built in "chip"].  Just don't lose it!   
 
The new Apple Iphone-5s has a thumb print identity scanner built in and the  Apple Iphone-5s supports full 64-bit technology, standard on most new computers for the past few years.  This will be the platform in the future for "EGov.".  There are nearly a billion Facebook accounts, and because people have given up so much data about themselves, the identity/security of Facebook is going to become the "global standard" for proving who you are in dealing with the government.  The government has settled on the Facebook, and other Social Media as the method of validating identity proof and security protection.  This is revolutionary in ways that most of us cannot fully comprehend.  It has already been established that it will be fully compatible with the Real ID Act passed in 2006.   
 
"Social logins" for government services will require that the citizen receive a "Smart Chip".  The discussion is that it may come in the form of a ring worn on the finger, or a bracelet wristband, or the "implantable" RFID like that mandated by the Affordable Health Care Act or Obamacare. The latest news polls taken show that as many as 58% of the public have no problem taking a "Chip" and what is so surprising about that is that a decade ago it was only 7% of the public would be willing to take a microchip for "security and convenience" reasons.  Who would have thought the "Chip" would come as a product of the government going "EGov."?
 
NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden only revealed the tip of the ice berg of the government surveillance program.  I do a church bulletin insert series called "Bible/Biblical Forensics" that I began ten years ago for my congregation and others.  I have done nearly 40 different ones entitled "The Mark of the Beast".  The above mentioned "666/999" Matrix originated with the N (no) S (such) A (agency).  I'm sure that most of you know by now that your Cell Phone contains within it a GPS locater chip, whether it is on or off.  That is extremely important to know since the new DOD Paladian M109A6 Self-Propelled Artillery155mm gun in tests recently delivered 14 of 16 rounds to targets within 1-meter of the target. The other 2 rounds were just outside the target range of three feet.
 
As they say, you can run but you can't hide.  Your cell phone and your computer IP address along with the what I have shared and a lot more that I have not had time to share.  Just a final note to share.  I recently relocated last year back to "blue grass" country in KY.  I was telling a friend on my cell phone one day that I hadn't seen a "Chem-Trail" in over thirty days.  The very next day I went to the mail box and guess what was in the sky over the corn fields around me.  There were two "Chem-Trails" directly above me in the shape of an "X" all by itself.  It was if they were sending me a personal message.  I'm about as far away from populated areas as the "Turtle Man" from the Animal Planet channel is.
