"foolish woman?"

Hi Jon and Doves!

I will try to present my experiences as logically as possible even though there are multiple strands that have come together to a unified idea.  As I was not aware that any of these little snippets that came somewhat randomly would mean anything, I was not keeping close track of the sequence.  Here goes:

I was lying in bed one morning just waking up and I heard the Lord say, “Comet Ison. “ I thought, “Really?”  I don’t know anything about comets and have very little interest but obediently, I started to read and watch every video I found about Ison. For the most part I just felt a little nutty and had to keep reminding myself that there must be something to find if God sent me to hunt.  I watched some weird stuff but two videos seemed important.

I watched one by Charles Holler connecting the name Ison to the English word Calamity. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWhdIGmhSEs

I also watched the one posted by Renee

Moses with Mr. CometWatch on Paul Begley’s show. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwkXBnQz0g8

This one reminded me of a vision my son had last year about seeing our church being hit by asteroid like things.  I posted this spring 2012 http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/apr2012/malia428.htm

Meanwhile, I also watched the video posted by Jim Bramblett about 2013 rapture. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QWhepc7P6g I didn’t watch that one right away. However, so many Doves were posting about it that I felt I should give it a watch.  The only thing I took away from that video is that the gentleman who made it was very sincere in heart. Not a False Prophet but still may be wrong…

I also read a post by someone (sorry, I don’t remember who) who reminded us that God is not a respecter of persons and tested the confirmation theory.  The theory is opening up the Bible and finding a 13 on the page. The Dove who posted did indeed find a 13.

Funny thing is, after I shared this with my husband, he attempted it 2 or 3 times and did not get a 13. To him, this was confirmation that the theory worked because there aren’t an abundance of pages with 13 on them! That made me laugh because we so often come to the same conclusion by very different routes.

Fast forward a few days and I was cooking in the kitchen and kind of complained to the Lord, “If You’re not a respecter of persons then why haven’t You told me” (not one of my best moments I know…but God has always allowed open communication) So anyway, He said back, ”You haven’t asked me.”  I say, “Oh…Ok. Sorry.  Are you coming for us in 2013?” Then I immediately felt led to open the Bible to see if I find a 13.

So , I open the Bible and the first number I see is 1214. That is the page number in the top middle of the page. The first thought that flashed through my mind was the 13 disappeared! (As in it has been raptured LOL) The next thought I had was Wow, the 13 is really, purposely, not here-negative confirmation. So after a little while I just kind of chuckled and said, “Ok Lord that was a funny joke…this could be taken any way I want to interpret it…not really much of an answer but funny!”

That night I was just about to go to sleep and thought, I should go read the page-duh, I should have done that anyway!!! So, I got up and read it. It was Lamentations mid-chapter 3 and beginning of 4. I read it-no verse 13s on the page and nothing in the content that jumped out at me. It seemed like a dead end. So, I went back to bed.

The next morning, I just needed to look it up again. This time I went to Bible Gateway and read it online. At the end of chapter 3 it had a note that said the chapter was an acrostic. Each stanza started with a letter of the alphabet.  A bell went off in my head, Ding Ding! Each letter has a numerical meaning. That means that there is a 13…I just needed to see if the 13th stanza landed on page 1214 in my Bible.  Indeed it did! This is the verse in NIV:

37Who can speak and have it happen
if the Lord has not decreed it?
38 Is it not from the mouth of the Most High
that both calamities and good things come?
39 Why should the living complain
    when punished for their sins?

Okay the verse seems pregnant with meaning but what stuck out to me is the word Calamities in verse 38. Because Ison means Calamity. So I did a little word search of the word translated as Calamities. At Blue Letter Bible, I found the following verses:

Correlating verses from Strongs Job 2:10; Psa 75:7; Pro 29:26; Isa 45:7; Amo 3:6.  I have written them below to read them in order. It creates an interesting picture.

He replied, “You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?” In all this, Job did not sin in what he said.

It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another.

Many seek an audience with a ruler, but it is from the LORD that one gets justice.

I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things.

When a trumpet sounds in a city, do not the people tremble? When disaster comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it?

Okay so now y’all have everything I have. What does it mean? I’m still not sure. In 2013 is Satan is brought down, the Bride is exalted/ People are seeking the AC/ 3 days of darkness/ destruction of Damascus/ Trumpet blast?  I don’t know it could just as easily be,” You’re talking like a foolish woman.”  I hope not… Come Lord Jesus!
