And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.  Daniel 7:25

 

And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.  Revelation 12:14

 

Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, ......    Daniel 9:25

 

Will the Great Tribulation start December 23, 2012?  We have two witnesses that point to this same exact  date.  Amazingly, one witness is from the Jewish perspective while the other is from the Gentile perspective.

 

The "first witness" is for the Jewish people who have not accepted Yeshua as Messiah, do not believe in the New Testament of the Bible, and therefore do not read the book of Revelation.  That witness is from the book of Daniel and involves subtracting three and a half times of 360 days each for a total of 1260 days.  Those days are subtracted from the date, June 5, 2016.  That date is seven weeks of Hebrew calendar years after the military command to restore Jerusalem to the Jewish people.  That command was given in the early morning hours of June 7, 1967 at the start of the 6 day war.  Now subtracting 1260 days from June 5, 2016 brings us to December 23, 2012.

 

The "second witness" is for the Gentiles who have read the book of Revelation and also arrived at December 23, 2012.  They have arrived at this date from subtracting a total of one solar year where the days have been shortened, five lunar months where the days have been shortened, and leaving 16.36 prophetic or 30 day months where the days have not been shortened.  This total has then been subtracted from September 23, 2015.  That date, September 23, 2015, is exactly seven weeks of prophetic or 360 day years after Jerusalem Unification Day, the same June 7, 1967.  In review, subtracting from September 23, 2015:

 

1.  First, one solar year taking us back to the Gregorian atomic-clock based September 22, 2014 but composed of 547.86 days where the length of the day has been shortened by one third and representing the time 1/3rd of mankind will die at the hands of the 4 Angels in an exponential decay fashion as foretold in Revelation 9:14-21.

 

2.  Second, five lunar months of around 44.3 days each for a total of 221.48 days taking us back to the Gregorian atomic-clock based April 28, 2014 where the length of the day has been shortened by one third, representing the five months man will be afflicted, seeking death but not finding it as foretold in Revelation 9:1-11.

 

3.  Third, the remaining non-shortened days out of the 1260 day total.  Subtracting first 547.86 days and then 221.48 days from 1260 days leaves 490.66 non-shortened days.  This takes us from April 28, 2014 to December 23, 2012.  

 

Which from September 23, 2015 to December 23, 2012 happens to be exactly 33 Gregorian atomic-clock based months.  And should the great tribulation start then, we have the Promise of God that He will return personally at the end of these 42 30-day prophetic months which is also a total of 33 Gregorian atomic-clock based months of Great Tribulation.  So when is Jesus Christ returning?  The answer is still 42.  But it is also 33.  From the book "Arithmetic of God":

 

33 Promise

Thirty-three is the number for promise. In Ephesians 2:12, the expression "covenants of Promise," is found. The word "promise" follows the word covenant.

The 33rd time Noah's name is found is where God gave the rainbow as a sign of His promise to Noah and future generations. (Genesis 9:13-17) Water will not destroy the earth again.

Isaac was a child of promise, "Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise." (Galatians 4:28) Abraham's name occurs the 33rd time when Isaac is born. "And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, [was this not the promise?] For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him." (Genesis 21:1-2) God fulfilled the promise to Abraham and his name occurs the 33rd time.

In Galatians 4:23 these words are found, "but he of the freewoman was by promise." In the Greek text there are 33 letters and eight Greek words in this statement. This fits perfectly with Genesis 21:1-4. In Genesis 21:4 it is said, "And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old," Why are there 33 Greek letters and eight Greek words about Isaac in Galatians 4:23? The number of letters agree with the 33rd time Abraham's name was found, in connection with the birth of Isaac, the child of promise. The eight Greek words agree with the number of days on which Isaac was circumcised!

 

The rainbow appeared AFTER the great tribulation of the great flood which killed all of mankind save 8 individuals.  We have the promise of Jesus Christ himself returning after the soon coming great tribulation which will result in the death of much of mankind save the elect.
