At most 14 countries will be spared any immediate repercussions. Since there is no abstaining with God they are just as bad as the yes’s so at least 179 countries are in deep trouble and should be very concerned the next few days. Since 5 countries were absent either the will suffer no consequences or will be judged based on how they would have voted meaning only if they would have voted no would they face no wrath.
